Peter Mullen is a seasoned health executive with over four decades of experience in health administration, corporate services, and strategic leadership across South Australia’s public health sector. Currently he is the Executive Director of Corporate Operations at the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN). Peter leads a diverse portfolio encompassing facilities management, capital delivery, procurement, licensing, leasing, sustainability, disaster resilience, and health information services.
Throughout his career, Peter has held key leadership roles, including oversight of Corporate Services Directorates and serving as CEO of multiple SA Country Health Services. He is recognised for driving operational excellence, leading complex change initiatives, and fostering collaborative environments that support innovation and continuous improvement.
Peter holds formal qualifications in Business (Health Administration) from the South Australian Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Business from the University of South Australia. He brings a blend of academic insight and practical experience, underpinned by strategic thinking, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes in healthcare settings.

Lachie Graham is the A/Operations Manager of Clinical Resources at the South Australian Ambulance Service, he is responsible for the innovation, procurement, deployment, and supply chain management of clinical equipment to support contemporaneous and reliable care for frontline paramedics.
He also serves as Vice President of the Burnside Country Fire Service and as a casual academic at the University of Adelaide, contributing to leadership and health education. He is also heavily involved with the peak professional body for Paramedicine (The Australasian College of Paramedicine) where he served as state chairman for many years.
Outside of work, Lachie enjoys snowboarding and spending time outdoors.

BIOGRAPHY: Associate Professor Marc Agzarian is the Clinical Services Director of South Australia Medical Imaging (SAMI), the single public sector medical imaging service in South Australia. SAMI operates at 13 sites across 10 public hospitals.
Marc is also Head of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) at SAMI Flinders Medical Centre and has had a long term affiliation with the College of Medicine & Public Health at Flinders University.
Marc’s subspecialty interests are diagnostic neuroradiology, neuro-oncology, magnetic resonance tractography, magnetic resonance spectroscopy and the imaging of movement disorders. He convenes the weekly Neurosurgery and NeurologyStroke clinical-radiological meetings at Flinders Medical Centre.

BIOGRAPHY: Haydyn is a descendant of the Adnyamathanha, Yarluyandi and Narungga peoples. He has direct family ties with the Flinders Ranges, Yorke Peninsula, Simpson Desert & SouthWest Queensland. Haydyn is a qualified teacher with over 30 years’ experience in education and training. He has had a diverse career including representing Australia on several occasions at national and international gatherings. Haydyn established his own company Bookabee Australia in 2005 with a vision to become a leader in authentic Aboriginal Cultural Tourism and Aboriginal Cultural Consultancy Services. Through Bookabee, Haydyn has delivered Cultural Awareness/Sensitivity & Respect Training to many thousands of participants across schools, universities and Government, NGO, corporate and private organisations. Bookabee Australia delivers Aboriginal Cultural tours in Adelaide, and on Country experiences in the Flinders Ranges. Bookabee is a South Australian Tourism Hall of Fame recipient and multi-award-winning company based in Adelaide South Australia.
