Dr Emily Kirkpatrick

Dr Kirkpatrick has worked at SA Health over the past 18 months providing critical primary, public health and preventative care strategic direction and advice as part of the COVID-19 pandemic. Emily is a fellow of the RACGP and an Accredited Skin Cancer Doctor with the Skin Cancer College Australasia, completing a Master of Medicine in Skin Cancer. Passionate about health care reform and patient-centred care outcomes, she has pivoted into health care management from general practice, in addition to becoming a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD) and a Certified Health Informatician (CHIA). Prior to working in general practice, Dr Kirkpatrick completed a Master of Public Health. Her public health and preventive care knowledge has been invaluable to GPs and clinicians during the COVID-19 pandemic.
