Tanya McGregor

Tanya is a proud Yaruwu woman who has lived and worked most of her life on the lands of the Larrakia people in the Northern Territory and now on Kaurna land in South Australia.
Tanya working history includes a background in Human Resources and Management and Aboriginal Health Policy, she is currently the Director for Aboriginal Health Strategy in SA Health leading reform of Aboriginal Health Strategy including state funding and investment targeting Closing the Gap and development of the Aboriginal Health Care Framework. Further to this, Tanya is leading the development of innovative, collaborative practices across the sector to improve health outcomes for Aboriginal South Australians living with or at risk of developing chronic health conditions through the establishment of the South Australian Aboriginal Chronic Disease Consortium.
